Warrenville man accused of assault/attempted murder and other charges
WARRENVILLE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A man has been accused of assault/attempted murder, kidnapping and other charges in Warrenville, Aiken County Sheriff’s Office told us on Tuesday.
On Aug. 18 William Rodney Price did take a vehicle from a person by force by putting a handgun up to their head and demanded them to get out of the car on Ralph Green Drive, according to authorities.
The victim told authorities he also pistol-whipped them in the head causing a laceration with bleeding, before driving off.
Another victim told authorities that Price kidnapped them and confined them in the stolen vehicle not allowing her to leave.
He also pistol-whipped her in the head causing a laceration and fired a gun at her while she was trying to run away from Price, according to authorities.
Aiken Public Safety investigates 2 shootings less than 2 miles apart
Less than 10 hours apart, the Aiken Department of Public Safety responded to two shootings less than two miles away from each other, authorities announce Tuesday.

Both victims also stated they were in fear of their lives.
Price, 30, has been charged with assault/attempted murder, kidnapping, domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, and carjacking according to jail records.
