AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A third person has been arrested in Augusta’s first murder of 2025 — which killed a 29-year-old man.

According to an indictment by Richmond County, 60-year-old Angela Lynn McGee was arrested on April 7 in connection to the Jan. 7 death of Cattory McBride.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says Trayvone David Cummings, 20, and Damien Key, 19, were arrested earlier in the case.

McGee’s exact role is unknown, but a grand jury indictment accuses all three of causing the death of McBride.

She was arrested April 7 and is being held in Richmond County jail.

Key and Cummings both turned themselves in at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center on Jan. 10, according to deputies.
