Barnwell County man charged with 3 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor

BARNWELL, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A Barnwell County man has been arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the Barnwell County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Steven Jeffrey Lynch was arrested on May 28.
Richmond County Sheriff’s Office plans to address teen violence
Richmond County Sheriff Eugene Brantley will use a range of tools to keep teenage violence at bay after a shooting injured two people in the Harrisburg neighborhood.
Lynch was charged with three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the sheriff’s office.
