2nd arrest made in Sandersville apartment complex shooting

SANDERSVILLE, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A second suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting at a Sandersville apartment complex over the weekend.

The Sandersville Police Department and Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to Sunrise Apartments early Saturday morning in reference to a shooting.

One individual was shot and taken to the hospital, where they remain in stable condition.

On Tuesday, we learned that Dayhmon Williams, 18, was charged with one count of aggravated assault and is being held at the Washington County Jail.

Deadly storm leaves a path of damage through CSRA

A storm caused some minor damage in the CSRA when it blew threw the region around 9 p.m. Saturday.

Jabren Jekhi Duggan, 21, was also arrested in connection with the incident and charged with aggravated assault.

Duggan turned himself in to the Washington County Jail on Sunday, according to officers.
