Hayley Boland

Hayley Boland is an Investigative Anchor and Reporter at WTOC. You can catch her co-anchoring The News at 7 with Dawn Baker on weeknights. 3h496u

She ed the WTOC team in December 2021 as a Weekend Evening Anchor and Multimedia Journalist. Hayley then ed the WTOC Investigates Team in the fall of 2023.

Hayley is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with majors in Broadcast Journalism and Peace, War, & Defense.

Prior to moving to Savannah, Hayley worked as a Weekend Anchor/Producer/Reporter for KFYR-TV in Bismarck, North Dakota. There, she won a Midwest Broadcast Journalists Association Eric Sevareid Award in investigative journalism for her work uncovering clergy abuse in North Dakota.

During her time in college, Hayley worked for NBC News/MSNBC in Washington, DC as the Andrea Mitchell Reports intern. She also interned and reported for WFXR-TV in her hometown of Roanoke, Virginia.

When she’s not anchoring or reporting, you can catch Hayley walking her dog, Sandy, or watching the UNC Tar Heels whenever they’re playing!
