He covered Illinois politics at the state’s legislature. Max has also worked in Des Moines, Iowa; Eau Claire, Wisc.; and Casper, Wyo. 282p5r

A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Max grew up in the Chicago area. When he’s not working, Max is exploring Washington or cheering on a Chicago sports team.
